IWIN Online facilitates faculty-led educational and cultural trips to the vibrant Caribbean island of Jamaica. We take the hassle out of planning with on-the-ground staff to coordinate accommodation, classroom/lecture space, excursions, and more. The program is fully customizable for business, arts, history, and cultural studies.
How it works
1. Contact IWIN Online at least six months in advance to discuss the goals and vision for your short-term exchange program including the time of year, number of participants, and type of activities the program should include. We recommend a duration of at least one week up to a maximum of four weeks for a short term exchange.
2. Receive a quote and a draft program agenda for you to amend and customize to meet your program’s needs.
3. IWIN staff will coordinate airport transfers, reservations for group accommodation, meals (if required), excursions, meeting and lecture space, and in-country travel.
4. During the trip, you will have access to dedicated, on-call staff in the event of emergencies.
