Please read the refund policy

Refunds for individual and commercials users will only be processed before the start of the course. To request a full refund equivalent to the amount paid, complete the refund form below and state the reason for the request. Allow up to 10 business days for processing. Under no circumstances will refunds be granted to users who have accessed or completed a module or any course content wholly or in part.

ESL meeting participants may request refunds at any time before the first appointment. Refunds after the first appointment and before the third appointment will be pro-rated. Absolutely no refunds will be issued to ESL meeting participants after the third meeting.

Workshop participants may request refunds up to 48-hours before the scheduled start. Absolutely no refunds will be issued to workshop participants on or after the event date.
